Shipping Information:

All in-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours. If we are inadvertently out of stock of an item, you will be notified instantly and arrangements can be made to either cancel the order or keep it on back-order. Once your purchases have left the building, please allow approximately 2-5 days to reach their destination.

 

Refund, Returns, and Cancellation Policies:

We want you to be 100% satisified with your purchase! If for any reason you are not, you may return undamaged merchandise (in original packaging) within 30 days for either a refund or exchange. Please let us know via email as soon as possible if you will be returning an item and we will forward you our returns procedure. 

 

We ship via USPS unless otherwise requested. Please let us know if you would like expedited shipping either via USPS or UPS and we would be happy to oblige.
